Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be applied. Same day cancellations or No-Shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled service. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and any decision to waive this fee will be at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
